The world's most expensive cities

As I was uploading my pictures from Oslo to facebook, I started wondering where the city might stand on the list of the most expensive cities in the world.  Not at all to my surprise, Oslo is # 2.  It says that a quick lunch in Oslo is $45.20, which is more than my plane tickets cost to get there!  However, what's more interesting to me because I have friends and family in Japan, is that four cities in the top ten are japaneeeeeese.
